Select the presentations you would like to attend prior to beginning the online registration process.
You may download and print a copy of the Registration Worksheet to assist you in selecting presentations and registering large groups.

EXPLANATION OF REGISTRATION TYPES

Participant Registration
This is for anyone wanting to attend the Home Visiting Summit, Day 1 and/or Days 2 and 3 of CYY. The Home Visiting Summit is ONLY for home visiting programs needing professional development separate from Day 1 of CYY. You will have the option to register for Days 2 and 3 of the CYY conference once you have selected your Home Visiting Summit sessions.

Presenter Registration
If you are a CYY presenter, Home Visiting Summit presenter, or Showcase presenter you will register under this link.

Planning Committee Registration
This is ONLY for planning committee, MPP consultants or PAT consultants assisting at the conference. Even if you are presenting and you are a planning committee member you will still register under planning committee.

A confirmation email of your registration, and presentation selections will be sent to you immediately after the completion of online registration.

PRICING

Early Bird (by February 11, 2020)

  • $35 for Home Visiting Summit (This is for home visiting programs ONLY and is separate from Day 1 of CYY.)
  • $90 for CYY Day 1 and $180 for Days 2 and 3.

Standard Registration (after February 11, 2020)

  • $100 – CYY Day 1
  • $200 – CYY Day 2 & 3

Payment may be made by credit card, purchase order or check.

A purchase order must be faxed within five business days of receipt of the online registration confirmation.

REFUND POLICY

If a written refund request is received no later than February 11, 2020, registration fees will be refunded.

After February 11, 2020 no refunds will be issued but substitutions will be allowed.

Full payment of fees will be expected from registrants who are unable to attend the conference but fail to submit a refund request by February 11, 2020.
