EXHIBIT INFORMATION

The Conference on the Young Years attracts more than 1,500 home visitors and early childhood professionals from across the state.
These professionals work to serve children prenatal to third grade and their families.

EXHIBIT HOURS

Day 1, Thursday – 11:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Day 2, Friday – 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

BOOTH PRICING

Early Bird Booth Price (by 12/31/19):
$350, additional booths will be $300

Booth Price (after 12/31/19):
$400, additional booths will be $350

*Booth prices include one 8’ x 10’ pipe and draped space with one 6’ skirted table and two chairs. Lunch Thursday and Friday is also provided.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than February 11, 2020 to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued until after the conference has concluded.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS

Booths will be ready for setup from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11th and again from 8:00-10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 12th.

Exhibits must fit within the assigned space. You may not expand into aisles, unsold booth spaces, etc. Any disputes should be brought to the attention of Jamie Schieber at the Conference Registration Area located in the Paradise Foyer.

Exhibits must remain in place until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13th. Dismantling early could result in your company not being allowed to exhibit at future CYY conferences. Exhibitors staying until 5:00 p.m. on March 13th will be included in a drawing, and five winners will be selected. Two will receive $100 off the 2021 CYY exhibitor fee, and three will be able to select their exhibit space for the 2021 conference.
